When placing an order on the site, at the time of purchase we believe all the information on the product is correct. I aim to give as much of an accurate description as possible. All wax melts are handmade so colours and sparkles may vary from the pictures.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
I can only accept returns if the item you have received is faulty. Please contact me within: 14 days of delivery on thecraftshackgsy@yahoo.com and I shall try my best to rectify the situation. Photographic proof may be required.
I don't accept cancellations
If you have ordered a personalised item I cannot accept a cancellation of the order, but please contact me if you have any problems with an order and we can try to work together to find a solution.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
CLP Compliant
What is CLP? The CLP Regulation (for "Classification, Labelling and Packaging") is a European Union regulation from 2008, which aligns the European Union system of classification, labelling and packaging of chemical substances and mixtures to the Globally Harmonised System (GHS). We are fully CLP complaint and all our products are sent out with the appropriate warning labels. You should read all labels carefully before use of our products and keep for future reference if needed. These are very important and should a reaction or oral consumption of products occur, then the appropriate medical professional can give the correct treatment by referring to the CLP label.
Sign up as a customer
When you make a purchase from us, we will give you the option to sign up as a customer. This will enable you to make further purchases from us, without the hassle of having to type in all your details each time you make a purchase. Your account will remember your addresses and card details and therefore you will have a quicker checkout experience. By agreeing to sign up as a customer with us you are agreeing to us sending you emails from time to time with promotions and new products. If you wish to unsubscribe as a customer at any time, please email us at thecraftshackgsy@yahoo.com Please note your account will be strictly for your own private use, secured with a password created by you, and only you will have access to your account details.
Payment
All purchases will require payment before delivery. All payment options will be displayed at checkout and will include credit/debit card or PayPal. If payment fails, your order will not be processed. We do not have access to or are able to store any of your card details. We have safeguarding measures in place with our payment gateways for protecting your information within your account.
